1. Who we are
Saveron Digital Inc ("Saveron", "we", "us", "our") is a Delaware C-corporation that builds and operates a portfolio of business software. Our address of record is in Delaware, USA. In the MENA region, certain operations are conducted on our behalf by Avenor SARL, a Lebanese entity acting as a licensed operator and data processor under contract with Saveron.
This policy explains what personal information we collect on our marketing websites (saveron.co, getpointly.com, avenor.sarl) and through the products we operate, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
2. Information we collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Information you give us directly — your name, email address, business name, role, country, payment details, and anything else you submit through our forms, sign-up flows, or support channels.
- Information generated by your use of our products — account events, posts created, integrations connected, analytics fetched, error logs, IP addresses, browser and device metadata, referring URLs, timestamps, and cookies. Where applicable, OAuth tokens for third-party platforms you connect (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X) are stored encrypted at rest and used only to execute the actions you instruct.
- Information from third parties — when you connect a social network or payment provider, that platform shares basic profile and authorization information with us per the scopes you grant. When you pay through a processor (Stripe, OMT, bank rails), the processor shares transaction status with us; we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our products and websites.
- Authenticate you and authorize actions you take on connected platforms.
- Send transactional emails (account, billing, security, product changes).
- Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and protect the security of users and infrastructure.
- Aggregate and analyze usage to understand product performance — always in aggregate, never to profile individuals for sale.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers to target you outside our products.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data with third parties only in these specific cases:
- Service providers — infrastructure (Hetzner Online), email delivery, payment processing (Stripe and regional partners), and similar vendors that process data on our behalf under contract.
- Avenor SARL — for customers operating in the MENA region, Avenor acts as our regional operator and data processor. A data processing agreement governs that relationship.
- Platforms you connect — when you instruct one of our products to publish a post, send a message, or fetch analytics on a connected social platform, the relevant data is sent to that platform to fulfill your instruction.
- Legal compliance — when we receive a legally valid request from a court or authority with jurisdiction over us, after reasonable review.
- Corporate events — in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, information may transfer to the successor entity, who will be bound by the commitments in this policy until they post their own.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. When you close an account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it longer for legal, tax, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@saveron.co from the email address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Our websites use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. We may use first-party analytics that respects Do Not Track signals.
8. International transfers
Saveron is incorporated in the United States, our infrastructure is primarily hosted in the European Union (Hetzner Online, Germany), and Avenor SARL operates from Lebanon. By using our products, you understand that your data may be transferred between these jurisdictions under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
9. Children
Our products are not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive fields, restricted internal access, monitoring, and regular updates of the underlying systems. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant regulators per applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via the product. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
