1. Who we are

Saveron Digital Inc ("Saveron", "we", "us") is a Delaware C-corporation that builds and operates a portfolio of business software — loyalty and wallet passes, CRM and field sales, commerce, delivery and dispatch, messaging and back-office systems. We are the controller for the personal information described here.

2. What we collect

• What you give us. Name, work email, phone number, company, role, and anything else you send through our contact forms, demo requests or support channels.
• What our products generate. Account events, records you create, IP address, browser and device metadata, timestamps and error logs. Where you connect a third-party platform, the access token for that platform is stored encrypted and used only to carry out actions you asked for.
• What partners pass to us. Payment processors tell us whether a payment succeeded; we never receive or store full card numbers.

3. Why we use it

To provide and maintain the products, authenticate you, send transactional messages about your account and billing, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We analyse usage in aggregate to understand how the products perform.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We run no third-party advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.

4. Where it is processed

Saveron is incorporated in the United States. Our production infrastructure is hosted in the European Union, on dedicated hardware operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Where regional deployment or support is carried out on our behalf by an affiliated operating partner under contract, that partner acts only as a processor on our written instructions. 5. How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as the account is active and for the period afterwards that tax and accounting law requires. Operational logs are kept for a rolling window measured in weeks, not years. When you ask us to delete an account we remove the personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Ask us at info@saveron.co and we will answer within 30 days. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

7. Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our applications set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.

8. Children

Our products are built for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Transport is encrypted with TLS, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, access is limited by role and recorded, and systems are patched on a regular cycle. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires. Details are on the compliance page.

10. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the effective date above and, where it matters, tell you by email or in the product.
